Great Sales & Service Department For the past 3 years I have taken 2 different Chevrolet vehicles to Laura Buick GMC for service due to their convenient location to my work in Collins For the past 3 years I have taken 2 different Chevrolet vehicles to Laura Buick GMC for service due to their convenient location to my work in Collinsville. Their Service Department is so amazing that I said when the time comes to buy a new vehicle I will buy from this dealership and hope the same goes for their sales department. My sales person was friendly, quick and efficient. He answered my questions and got me all squared away on the same day. My new car was priced so well that there was no negotiating needed (which is the most painful part of vehicle shopping).
