The person who helped me in services with my car was rude, tried to up-sell me on services that I didn’t need. Told me I needed new wipers every year (snuck that into my service quote). The work has always been good, but they have lost my confidence in trusting their recommendation for necessary work. Generating profitable work for the shop seems to take precedence over practical customer needs. More
