Had my brakes checked while it was at their collision shop and they said they resurfaced all the rotors. Drove less than a mile and the brakes were making a horrible grinding noise. Took the car back with about 700 more miles cause the whole car was shaking when braking Brian was completely rude about how they had to resurface them again and when I asked about the ruff rotors he said they weren’t all ruff but I beg to differ. These people are suppose to be professionals so for one they should have noticed the ruff cut and two they shouldn’t be cutting them. Bought 4 new cars there in the last 5 years and wil not go back. More

Service was very good and they can shuttle you around instead of waiting on site the entire time. I asked for a specific part # since they charge $250 and I can get one online for $75 and they refused to instead of waiting on site the entire time. After 2YEARS!!! I had been scouring the entire country for two years for the car I currently have. Even after I would find it and get excited, buy tickets to fly to I had been scouring the entire country for two years for the car I currently have. Even after I would find it and get excited, buy tickets to fly to whatever state had the car, I would find out that the ad was wrong, it was actually an automatic, or a different color. This happened at least 30×. 1233 one night I was doing my nightly ritual of checking all the car sites looking for the car I wanted. All of a sudden laurel Hyundai pops up with my exact car!! the right color, it was manual, 7000 miles on it. It was too good to be true. As I just got off work at a bar I instantly Sent off an email at 12:33 at night or in the morning I should say, begging them not to put the car even out for anyone to see. They could call me in the morning, and I would send them a deposit or whatever they needed to hold the car and I would show up on Monday to buy it. Which was my first day off. Four minutes later, I get a call from Cody Cusker telling me that yes the car was green , Yes it was manual, and yes it had 7000 miles on it. I instantly told him what do I need to give you to hold the car so you don’t sell it before I get up there. Mainly, because I forced him to to ensure that they couldn’t sell it to somebody.. He asked for a credit card $200 deposit. He insisted he trusted me but I didn’t want them to have any excuse to sell it out from under me. I got there at 9 AM on Monday. After driving seven hours I pulled into Laurel Hyundai and the car was parked around back waiting for me. I left that day with the car I’ve been searching for. They handled everything. And as someone who’s never bought a car with financing before, it was smooth sailing. They were all wonderful. I would drive seven hours to deal with this dealership again. Thank you again I still love my car! More
