Bottom Line: I would highly recommend this Dealership for anyone looking to buy a vehicle. Customer Service: Outstanding customer service from start to finish. I was very impressed at the high level of customer service that was provided. Glenn Patterson's approach was excellent in my opinion. He was professional, experienced and also very personable. There wasn't one moment during the entire process where I felt like I was being "pushed" in a particular direction or misled. Great Teaming/Collaboration: Glenn spent an enormous amount of time patiently answering all my questions and collaborating with the financial team when needed to provide me with the facts I needed in order to make an informed decision. Experienced/Ensured Visibility: Glenn also leveraged his experience to provide me with additional options that would work for me when I needed them and clear insights into the buying process. He documented all the details of the purchase and then went over it with me (literally) line by line, to ensure I understood and agreed with everything. "Full Service" Operation: I was able to easily transition from signing papers with Glenn to sitting down with the Finance/Accounting expert (Josh). This was also a great experience with Josh also answering questions I had, explaining exactly what to expect and then stepping through the process with me on the computer to complete the application, which was quickly approved. Before leaving, Glenn took me and my daughter (who was with me) out to the vehicle and spent more time going through all of the different features we hadn't seen before and answering more questions. :) Amazing Waiting Area: They also have an amazing waiting area for anyone who brings their car in for service! It's clean, spacious, comfortable, and they offer water/coffee/snacks, etc...

DONT BELIEVE THE ONLINE PRICE! I was looking at a car on their website, price clearly marked. When I asked for an out the door price it was thousands of dollars more. They gave me some xx story about how the price listed was MSRP minus the Hyundai rebate. The website didn’t say anything about the rebate, just the price of the car. Don’t trust them on fees either. Trust me, I did my homework on the added on fees. They will tell you the fees are set by the state and are mandatory, that’s just not true. Do yourself a favor and go to a different dealer!

Eleven years ago I purchased a Tucson at Moon township Hyundai, so when I was recently in the market for a new vehicle they were at the top of my list. On 9/17/22 my husband and I visited the dealership after about 2 weeks of online shopping to test drive a Kona. We were greeted by Rudy who took us out for a test drive. Rudy was very knowledgeable on the model and took the time to show me all the features in the vehicle. After our test drive, we decided to put a deposit down on a 2023 Kona Limited, and expected to take delivery mid October. I was pleasantly surprised when I had reached out to Rudy on Sept 28 to discuss finance options that the vehicle had arrived! The financing process was quick and very painless thanks to the legwork done beforehand by Rudy and Brenna (finance manager) before we went in that evening to take delivery of the vehicle. As the Limited had more options than the model I drove during my test drive, Rudy took me through my cars display to set everything up (his sound settings are on point, listen to this man!), how to control the sunroof/Moon roof, dash setting options, etc. The whole experience was very seamless. I am absolutely in love with my Kona!

Mike Kelly Hyundai has put me on the back burner every step of the way and has done absolutely zilch to make this already terrible situation better. They only decided to make Hyundai aware that we paid for the car because we forced them to, after 7 months of not getting financing secured and leading us on. I, without a doubt would never recommend anyone to visit this dealership. They are covering up their mistakes and are hoping to erase the whole situation. My dad left a comment on their facebook about our experience, which was swiftly removed from the salesman who sold us the car. Kinda funny how they preach "if there's anything you ever need, give me a call" but then suppress any bad press and ignore you every step of the way. Response from the owner 10 minutes ago Hello. Stopped in to look at vehicles after an unfortunate run-in with a deer totalled our 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe. They happened to be shorthanded that day and I was assisted by Chris Parker, Jr., one of the managers, and the dealership owner's son. I knew what I was looking for and he provided pricing that was much more competitive than another dealership offered. He was certain that he could get us better interest rates than the other dealership. Came back the next day and spoke with the sales manager who handled the credit application and offered a competitive price with every incentive we qualified for and also offered additional cash back to meet a third dealership's generous offer. My wife and I were impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the sales staff and financing staff and made our purchase that day.

Not only was the oil changed,but the tires were rotated,a recall was taken care of, but an oil leak on the oil pan was also repaired. I believe this to be excellent customer service, and am in completely satisfied with my experience at Straubs.
