He was willing to stay late on a Friday night to complete all the papers for the sale and trade-in. I also received a call Saturday to check that the car had no issues on the 185 mile drive home. Andy has followed up by email, telephone and by mail to see that I am satisfied. As promised, he sent the new navigation dvd, 2nd key/remote start and my house key I forgot.
