Service slow We scheduled an appointment for 8 am and were prompt. As our ride drove us out of the lot, we saw our vehicle being driven, NOT into the garage for s We scheduled an appointment for 8 am and were prompt. Low and behold, we get a call that afternoon that they would need another day. This created a mess, as I had to go to work and had not made any arrangements for transportation. I wonder if the extra time would have been needed if the service had started at 8 am as promised. And the subtle clues when ringing out when we gave a coupon that he wasn't pleased to have to re-do the paperwork. More
