"Fair didnt fix my problem "
Brought my truck to get two recalls done got it back the next day, noticed my horn didnt work so i called to let them know and then I scheduled another appointment to fix it. So I brought it back about a week to get the horn fix they called me 30 minutes later for me to pick it up because they didnt have the parts to fix it and they said it would take 2 days to pick the parts up and that they will call me to Schedule another appointment well its been a little over a week and still bo call and still no horn thankyou.

Matt S was a great salesperson to work with. He was honest and detail oriented. I would highly recommend Matt and Lawless to my friends and family.
My experience at Lawless Jeep was wonderful. I personally hate the process of buying cars — I usually feel like I’m being taken advantage of. That wasn’t the case here. Matt Saia was great salesman. He explained everything well, and I never felt pressured to buy anything I didn’t feel necessary. I felt he was honest and gave me a great value. The finance office was wonderful. I usually dread going into that office because in my experience they try to scare you into buying things. This was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had. I forget the gentleman’s name, but he was helpful and explained everything but didn’t pressure me into anything. Overall, this was the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had!
