As our ride drove us out of the lot, we saw our vehicle being driven, NOT into the garage for service, but to the back parking area. Low and behold, we get a call that afternoon that they would need another day. This created a mess, as I had to go to work and had not made any arrangements for transportation. I wonder if the extra time would have been needed if the service had started at 8 am as promised. And the subtle clues when ringing out when we gave a coupon that he wasn't pleased to have to re-do the paperwork. More

The finance manager was excellent in his explanation of our after market options regarding the buy-out of my leased Jeep Renegade. Suggestion: Have a check-list for the salesperson as well as the customer to outline the process. Explain fully why the car had to be “grounded” while the process is under way. Put into the check list what paperwork is required from the customer and what they need to do during the process. This should be done at the initial appointment to go over with the customer. This would make the lease buy-out process more efficient. More

Great service! 2.5 hour oil change though Went in on a Saturday with no appointment for an oil change.
