Always a pleasure I have been going to Lawless for seven years for all of the service on my Wrangler Unlimited (purchased before I lived in the area from another dealer I have been going to Lawless for seven years for all of the service on my Wrangler Unlimited (purchased before I lived in the area from another dealer) and my wife's Liberty (purchased at Lawless). The service department is fantastic. Frank and Steve are both great to work with. We just traded in the Liberty for a new 2019 Grand Cherokee. Amani was a pleasure to work with. Not pushy. Very knowledgeable. He and the staff in the back gave us a fair trade in value and a good deal on the new vehicle. Highly recommend Lawless for Jeep purchases across the line-up. More

I sent this rating to Dodge Motor company...From the start, I was taken back by poor service, long waits, false info Why zero stars?...Be forewarned. I sent this rating to Dodge Motor company...From the start, I was taken back by poor service, long waits, false information and broken promises. I spoke to a variety of staff from sales to management and continued to get "apologies" and excuses. Each time I was promised things would be different, I would again encounter excuses. My first interaction, much like a bait and switch ( we'll give you the same truck for less) was a surprise in that salesman said "that's just to get you in here". Honesty, I guess, but I should have then left, as the day turned into hours and I had to come back a second day to continue the process. The second day was no better. The "games" played with numbers ( for example, as a strategy to get me to lease) giving me a quote of $ 800.00 a month for a 2019 Big horn, WITH my 2015 Bighorn trade in @45 k mi. And well ahead on payments....I can go on and on, as it took me 3 trips to dealer due to all their issues, before picking up my truck. On the third visit, I took the truck, out of frustration, even though the "prep" wasn't complete. It is now nearing a month since that day, and I am again without my truck. The dealer took it to get the bed liner installed. ( finally, after promising to get it done on 3 different occasions). The dealer never picked it up at the Line-ex dealer. Some other excuse, but they promise to get it back tomorrow!..... You may be able to check the records, I don't know, but let me tell you. This is my fourth consecutive brand new Dodge Ram I have purchased. The third consecutive from the dealer Lawless. ( we also own a Jeep Wrangler unlimited). This will obviously be the last with Lawless, and, as a result of this experience, maybe my last Dodge. We'll see, based on the response from Dodge. Rest assured, I am sharing this experience with everybody I speak to when I am asked "how do you like you're new truck?" Great experience As always the service center at Lawless is exceptional. I had an 8am appointment to have some service done and I was taken in right away. I was expecting to be there a while so I brought a book to read while I was waiting. I believe I made it through 8 pages and Frank called me and said I was all set. Fantastic. Not very good Dipstick half hanging out after oil change. 2 by 4 still under truck after gas tank strap recall good thing it never came out on highway.
