Very Good Experience I went to get my oil changed and tires rotated. My jeep wave was one month past its due date. The dealership sought and gained approval from corporate I went to get my oil changed and tires rotated. My jeep wave was one month past its due date. Happy Customer! I went to Lawless for my first time in December 2018 and may not go to any other dealership in the future. I was exploring Jeeps for a Christmas gift I went to Lawless for my first time in December 2018 and may not go to any other dealership in the future. I was exploring Jeeps for a Christmas gift and not sure if I would go the used route or new. Jason was extremely patient and understanding. We started with a used Jeep Compass, then tried the new Jeep Compass and finally settled on a new Jeep Cherokee. This was ultimately a gift for my 2 sons and I gave this a lot of thought and consideration and Jason pointed out the benefits, pros, and cons and was super easy to deal with. Again, I think I will do more business with Lawless in the future. Additionally, a special note needs to go to Stephen Chiavelli, the finance sales manager as he made the final documentation process a breeze. Also, we were having some Registry issues to get the Jeep registered and he offered if need be to put dealer plates on the new car as it was a surprise. It did not come to this but to see the flexibility and understanding from the team was AWESOME! More

Treated Poorly I purchased a new Jeep in October of this year. Due to my vehicle not being ready when the sales person promised it and needing my car for work the sa I purchased a new Jeep in October of this year. Due to my vehicle not being ready when the sales person promised it and needing my car for work the sales manager Chuck Haddad informed me that Lawless would reimburse me for an extra 2 days car rental. I was instructed to bring the receipt in and would be given a check. This was simply not to be. On top of this the rental agent failed to pick up the rental and billed me over $600. I went between Lawless and Enterprise for over two months while they figured out who was at fault. Meanwhile I went to the dealership several times and called many more times to check on the progress of my refund. After 2 months all but 2 days rental fees were refunded from Enterprise. Getting the two day refund from Lawless was very difficult and I still have not received a full refund. I made countless trips to the dealership and numerous calls. My calls were not returned. My in person visits were not successful either -being promised that the check would be in the mail the next day. The day after Thanksgiving I received a partial check but not full reimbursement being shorted $50. I called immediately and was told a mistake was made and a check would be cut the next morning. 5 weeks later no check has arrived. I went to the Dealership again and was told they would look into it. To this day I have not received a refund. The sales manager neither answers nor returns my calls. This has been a frustrating and humiliating experience. Lawless has treated me with disrespect by not honoring their promise to reimburse the 2 day rental. I have found their communication lacking integrity and condescending. Due to their dishonesty and poor treatment I do not recommend Lawless and will not purchase any more vehicles from them More
