While browsing multiple web sites I found a Ram 1500 that really caught my interest at Lawless. I had low expectations but walked in the door at Lawless to explore. NO REGRETS ! Every part of the experience and everyone encountered helped me to achieve my goal. My new truck price, my trade in value, financing and every aspect of picking up my new Dodge Ram 1500 was OUTSTANDING ! Thank You ! More
Good sales experience / Poor finance experience My experience with the salesperson at Lawless was great. I was in and out very quickly and he was extremely responsive to my questions and follow-up. My experience with the salesperson at Lawless was great. I was in and out very quickly and he was extremely responsive to my questions and follow-up. However, the finance experience was a bit frustrating. Although they confirmed all my loan application details prior to submission but the information was sent to my loan provider was incorrect. My date of birth and address were incorrectly submitted to the loan provider which did not allow me to set-up an online account without spending 20 minutes on the phone with them and submitting my license for proof of information. I do not appreciate these kinds of careless mistakes that cost me more time, especially when we took the time to review and correct all the information in person. More

New vehicle purchase Tofik was not interested in working with me when I first arrived with my family. He had minimal knowledge of the Jeep, couldn’t answer questions on ty Tofik was not interested in working with me when I first arrived with my family. He had minimal knowledge of the Jeep, couldn’t answer questions on types/models of Jeep nor was he forthcoming with information. He challenged my husband on questions such as hard top vs soft top, and made no effort to get my contact information as we were leaving. Condescending and dismissive Ray in finance was amazing! Helpful in the process and took the time to explain the details. I would recommend him to anyone. The woman as the customer service desk when I came in to drop off my trade in title (which I was instructed to do by Tofik and didn’t need to do until I picked up my car) was kind and informative. Disappointed that the dealership did not fill the gas tank nor had an inspection sticker placed. Either of these would be a great customer services addition, especially if I am paying 52k for a new vehicle. More
Customer service is tops, as always. Communication and professionalism at service counter is fantastic. I’ve mostly dealt with Steve, but the others are also great.
