Quick and convenient It was great to be able to schedule service online. When I arrived they quickly checked me in and asked if I needed it back by a certain time. Maximize the customers time Called to make appointment to replace tire sensor. Explained needed new sensor due to fault code. Why couldn’t they tell me when I made appointment they don’t have this $20 part in stock instead of having to waste my time another day to do a 30 minute repair. Come on Chrysler Let’s be efficient and effective for the customer. We’re spending upwards of $40K on vehicles these days so why not try to accommodate them anyways possible. More

Service took too long and had to go back at least 2 times Twice in the past I had trouble starting my car and had it towed to this dealer. Both times the dealer said they fixed the ignition problems. However, Twice in the past I had trouble starting my car and had it towed to this dealer. Both times the dealer said they fixed the ignition problems. However, I had trouble a 3rd time, so decided to take it to them one more time. In addition, I started hearing some weird noise coming from the back of my Jeep Grand Cherokee. After leaving the car at the dealer and getting a rental, I didn't hear from them for a few days, and had to call to check on the car. At which point, I was told the noise was because the nuts on the tires were not tightened properly. The interesting thing is that I do all my maintenance at this dealer, so I'm not sure how the nuts were not tightened properly. The also informed me that they needed to replace the wind module for the ignition system and that while it is covered by my warranty the delay was due to the difficulty in getting through to Chrysler to get authorization for the work. This lasted for 2 weeks, during which I was the one who kept calling instead of them calling me for updates. At the end I asked them to start the repair work while they are trying to get the authorization from Chrysler, and that finally got things going and the authorization was granted. When I went to pick up the car, turns out the technician took out the car ignition button and was using the key to start the car. When I asked them why, they weren't sure why, and found out the button was no longer working. So I asked them to keep the car and fix the button, which they did about a week later, and didn't call me to let me know until they realized that I still had their rental car. The fact that I had to call to get updates, that they weren't diligent in pursuing the authorization from Chrysler, and that their technician thought it was okay to return the car to me without a working ignition button is the reason I will no longer use this dealer for my maintenance work and will be going elsewhere. This is the complete opposite of customer obsession. More
