My husband and I went to Lawless Jeep to look at and purchase a new car. We were met by our sales associate, Sham. He was wonderful to deal with. His honesty and personality was unlike most car salesmen purchase a new car. We were met by our sales associate, Sham. He was wonderful to deal with. He made the entire process a pleasure, which in general can sometimes be very daunting. There was a glitch with the vehicle that we wanted to buy (a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee Outland). Sham found out it was out on demo but not showing in the computer as such. He went above and beyond to look for another car elsewhere with the exact same specs, but was unsuccessful. We decided to get the leftover 2012 that had exactly what we were looking for and because of the mix-up, we were given a very good deal. Sham was working diligently for us to be happy. Dimitar Kastelov , my salesperson was a straight shooter and handled things very professionally. He allowed me to test drive a Wrangler extensively and on my own - no pressure or being pushy. Dimitar offered me the option of purchasing a vehicle on the lot, locating a model on another dealer's lot or ordering from the factory. I never felt rushed. We ended up ordering the Wrangler to get it built with the options that were important to me without paying for items I didn't need. We were able to accomplish much of our conversation on the phone and over email, which worked better for me with my busy schedule. Dan Matranga, Lawless's Business Development Manager has been very helpful in making my purchase of the Wrangler a reality. His willingness to assist and candidly work with me is much appreciated. He is very professional and has been instrumental in my decision to purchase the Wrangler from Lawless. He's great to work with. We agreed on a reasonable price and ordered the Wrangler. I'm looking forward to having it arrive in January. I'll report back on the delivery experience after I pick the car up. Can't want for it to get here!! More
