It was the cheapest New 2010 Jeep Grand searching for a vehicle for the past 6 months, and at Lawless, I found one that was very competitively price. It was the cheapest New 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited that I could find in the entire country. That's the reason I chose Lawless, despite the fact that I had to fly in to MA and drive all the way back to GA. But the money I saved was worth it! Chuck was helpful since the beginning, answering all my questions very promptly. This one email I had send him 10+ long questions, which he stayed late at work and answered. Once we got there, we got a ride back to the dealership and all additional questions were answered as well. My first contact with Lawless Jeep was by sending an e-mail about a new 2010 Jeep I saw on Auto Trader.com. My request for info was quickly answered by Lacey in their Internet Sales Dept. Her and her manager, Mike couldn't have been more helpful and answered all of my questions concerning price, financing, delivery and equipment on the Jeep we were interested in. After putting a deposit on the Jeep roughly 2 weeks after our first contact we were turned over to Phil in Sales. We set up a Saturday appointment and drove the 5 hours from our home in New Hartford, NY to Woburn, MA on a Friday night. We had dinner at a resturant reccomended by Lacey & Phil and stayed where Phil suggested. Both were winners. Saturday we finally got to meet everyone and closed the deal on our dream Jeep. There did end up being a glitch in our promised delivery. We later found out Lawless was very shorthanded that week due to vacations and some illness that was unexpected. This was later addressed by the director of sales to our satisfaction. We are very satisfied at this point with our new Jeep. We (my wife and I) have never been treated so well at a car dealer. From the first phone contacts to final delivery everyone was professional, yet friendly and got along with us as if we had known them for years. I would gladly drive 272 miles one way again to buy at Lawless, and would recommend anyone else who asks to do the same. More

My experience at Lawless was wonderful on the sales side. Phil Ossino was friendly and helpful in navigating our complicated schedules for meetings and pick-up! The only negative part of the experience was Phil Ossino was friendly and helpful in navigating our complicated schedules for meetings and pick-up! The only negative part of the experience was that the service department forgot to install the cross rails for the roof rack. They then stated that I would have to wait an additional hour for the rails to be installed. I was aggravated with this because it was their mistake and were not willing to go out of their way to fix it in a timely manner. Phil made every effort to install the cross rails himself. When he did convince a mechanic to come help him, the mechanic was giving him a hard time and mocking him for not being able to install the rails himself. Once we returned inside, we found that the finance manager had placed the financial paperwork on Phil's desk and expected him to go through and explain it all to me while I signed everything. In my opinion, Phil is a salesperson, not a mechanic or a financial manager, and should not have been put in that position. However, he did a great job covering for other employees who did not seem to want to do their entire job. Again, I want to reiterate that PHIL OSSINO was fabulous and extremely helpful, even in difficult situations. More

I got what I think is the best deal in this region (based on quotes from other dealers for the same product). Danielle and Phil kept checking in with me on my process of searching for a vehicle. They want to sell cars and realize that if the customer's needs are met they will sell that car and very likely a car for the customer's friends, family etc. I went to Lawless twice. Each visit was pleasant and stress free. I was offered coffe, water and on the evening of the sale pizza. The paperwork process requires some waiting and everyone (even sales folks who weren't involved in my purchase)made sure I was comfortable. The showroom is clean (restroom included). My goal is to pay off this new Jeep Liberty ASAP and return again for another car. Lawless has a winning team. I will referring friends and family. More
