I took the trip to Lawless to check out a used 2004 Toyota Highlander. Though I didn't make the purchase, what I found was a team of friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable staff. This is only the second dealer I have ever found in the New England area with such a great team. The other is Carter which is located all the way down in Manchester, CT. I can not tell you how absolutely thrilled we were with the service we recieved from Chris. He listened to what we were interested in, what we needed and what our price range was. He was able to get us everything we wanted, with a few extra bells and whistles, well within our price range. He wasn't pushy and didn't try and sell us things we didn't need. He took care of everything and we were able to make the purchase within 24 hours. He even made sure that the air conditioner was running and that the car was at a comfortable temperature for us when we left (we had to bring our 10 month old with us and it was an extremely hot day). Because of his attention to detail, his willingness to work with us, and his overall pleasent and comfortable demeanor we will recommend Lawless to everyone we know and will make any future purchases through them as well. Phil, Brad and Chris were a pleasure to deal with when we purchased our minivan.
