My husband and I went into this dealership trying to buy a used Wrangler. When we got there, the one we were interested in was sold. Chris DiSalvo brought us out on the lot and showed us what was available a used Wrangler. When we got there, the one we were interested in was sold. I heard from Chris the next day through email and he was just checking up. I didn't feel any pressure from him at all. We went in the following week and Chris was off this day and we spoke to a gentleman by the last name Ossino, I can't believe I can't remember his first name. He took us out on a test drive and pointed out things that were good and not so good about the vehicle. he wanted to make sure we were doing the right thing. He took the time to show us how the top came off and how the seats worked. He also pointed out the options on the newer vehicles. We fell in love with the 06 and purchased it last night. It is the right fit for us. We spoke to the director of finance and as long as I wasn't hung up on numbers as far as my trade and the cost of the vehicle we were all set. He made sure I didn't pay more every month and things just worked out. My suggestion to people that are not paying cash is to know what you can afford each month and let the finance department figure out if you can afford it or not. After all isn't that what matters most how we budget every month. This was a great experience with no pressure and 100% honesty what more can you ask for from an industry who likes to take advantage of people. The truck that I had to trade was in excellent condition no doubt,but Charlie got me what I wanted never the less.So, from there we proceeded to start talking about a challenger.We took some test rides and everything went well with that. We ended up inside talking about the price of thr car,and after much talking ,Chuck got me my price that i was looking for. All in all ,my experience was quite satisfying as far as buying a new car,trying to find the correct warranty for the car was tuff and i thought it was alittle high in price, but I guess that's life.
