I recently purchased a used car from Lawless Chrysler Jeep Dodge and I have to say that it was best experience that I’ve ever had when looking for a new car. From start to finish the process was hassle Jeep Dodge and I have to say that it was best experience that I’ve ever had when looking for a new car. From start to finish the process was hassle free. The customer service was exceptional, unlike at other dealerships that I had been to where I felt rushed and pressured to make a decision that I wasn’t ready for. I truly felt that Chris was looking out for my best interests. He took the time to work with my budget and find not only a car that was affordable but also one that suited all of my wants and needs. I was amazed at how attentive and considerate the staff was with helping me through this process and answering my questions. When I finally picked up the car, I was shown how to use everything inside of it and when I drove off the lot I couldn’t have been happier or more comfortable with the car and choice to go to Lawless. I will without a doubt recommend Lawless Chrysler Jeep Dodge to my family and friends and continue to do business with them in the future. More

I saw a truck online and made a call to Mike. I explained that I wanted a vehicle in EXCELLENT cond. I had made other trips to dealers in Mass. None of which were worth my time. The truck would have to be in near perfect condition, it was! Mike took photo's of a couple small scuff's on the bumpers and assured me the body and paint were flawless. Thankfull'y everything he said was true and I bought the vehicle. I would make the trip from RI again in the future without hesitation. I had been shopping around EVERYWHERE, for months, to find a new car that I loved. Compared to other dealerships, the salesmen at Lawless were the best. They were not pushy at all. My visit to Lawless Chrysler Jeep Dodge was an experience that I will not forget. It was painless and flawless. They made purchasing a used vehicle a simple and straight forward process. The quality of the staff and their products are unbelievable and I would clearly encourage others to also visit this dealership. The environment is very warm and welcoming and I felt comfortable and at ease during my visit. The employees greet you as you come in and were more than welcome to answer any questions I had about the purchase. As for price,I believe that they were extremely fair and reasonable. My experience with Lawless Chrysler was excellent! from the day i walked in to the dealership.I had just walked in to see what the dealer would give me on my 04 Ford pickup, and to my surprise ,they offere the day i walked in to the dealership.I had just walked in to see what the dealer would give me on my 04 Ford pickup, and to my surprise ,they offered me what I wanted. The truck that I had to trade was in excellent condition no doubt,but Charlie got me what I wanted never the less.So, from there we proceeded to start talking about a challenger.We took some test rides and everything went well with that. We ended up inside talking about the price of thr car,and after much talking ,Chuck got me my price that i was looking for. All in all ,my experience was quite satisfying as far as buying a new car,trying to find the correct warranty for the car was tuff and i thought it was alittle high in price, but I guess that's life. Chuck Marinaccio was very thorough with the deal and was very polite and attentive to my needs through the whole process,I would definately recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market to buy a car or truck in this area or if your from another area take a ride by and check them out. More

My husband and I bought a Toyota Camry at Lawless. We are very happy with it and with our experience at Lawless. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. We didn't feel pressured into buying the car, and we got a great deal. Phil Ossino is a wonderful, sweet person who helped us with our purchase,. He was helpful throughout the whole process, and easy to deal with. We even got to meet his sister at Lexington Toyota and she is as wonderful as he is. We will. definitely recommend Lawless to anyone looking for a Jeep or any other car they may have for sale. More

Sham Elleisy was one of the nicest and most knowledgeable dealer's I've met. After speaking with the Sales Manager it was difficult to get him to give me what my trade-in was worth. After coming from another dealership where we were not treated that well, it was refreshing to be treated so well at Lawless. When we arrived Phil Ossino came over and introduced himself. He took the time to see what we were looking for and suggest some possibilities from Jeep. He was very knowledgeable about Jeep, very friendly, reliable, courteous, and really worked with us to get the price that we wanted. We arrived at the dealership on a Sunday close to closing time. Phil never rushed us nor did he make us feel that he wanted to leave since it was closing time. He stayed with us an hour after the dealership closed and we were able to close the deal. When trying to decide on a day to pick up the car, Phil was willing to come in on his day off so that we would be able to pick up our car on the day that was most convenient for us. Lastly, when we did pick up the Jeep, Phil spent an hour with us going over everything about the Jeep, from the manual and user guide to how to work the navigation system and program the radio. He was even willing to go over the whole instructional again for my parents who were going to be visiting the following weekend. We were very happy with the overall service from Lawless and would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family. More

My daughter and I went to Lawless Jeep looking to replace her 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee which had 86K in miles. When we arrived at the dealership we met Chuck Marinaccio. Very pleasent and friendly. Chuck told us that he's fairly new at this but I found him to be extremely knowledgeable about all the Jeep features. I noticed Chuck was eager to find a car to meet my daughters needs. Our initial intention was to look for a good used Jeep about 2 years old. We found two great Limiteds, one was a 2008 with 15k snd a unbeliveable 2007 with only 10k. Both were around $29K. After test driving both, I made an offer and to our amazement they would not budge one cent. They said they due to what they owed these cars for they couldn't move in price. I still find that hard to belive. Chuck said that maybe we consider a new 2010 with the features my daughter wanted because of the discounts being offered it may come in around what we were looking to pay. We went home thinking we had to keep looking at maybe other Jeep dealerships who were willing to meet my price. Chuck called and told us of a Jeep he had on the lot and the pricing was very close to our bottom line and it has all the featues we wanted. We were all set to go take a look when he realized it didn't have the X package. My daughter was upset that she thought he had the Jeep she wanted. She even went as far as filling out the credit application on line to secure credit. We got a call that evening from the credit manager who heard of what happened and told us to give them another chance if we could come in on Saturday. When we arrived on Saturday, Chuck met us and we test drove the Jeep my daughter wanted, color and all. The problem was the price was still higher than we were willing to pay. Chuck went in to talk to I suppose was a credit manager. What I found odd was he asked for a credit card to go in with my offer. We waited about 20 mins or so and he came out with Chuck holding my credit card and said he could not come down to my price. I said OK, but I wasn't going higher. Still holding my credit card, he suggested we look at another Jeep, less features, but he would add leather seats. We looked at it but were not interested. I think I actually had to pull my credit card from his hand and I told Chuck to call me when they were ready to meet my price. About a day and a half went by and Chuck called to tell me that he worked hard but finally got me the price I needed, with a "Friends and Family Discount" on the Jeep my daughter wanted. Jokingly I gave him my credit card over the phone to secure a deposit and told him we would come back in that night. The very next day we went back again but this time was to drive away with our new Jeep. Chuck was waiting for us, switched the plates, went over the key features again with my daughter. In and out within 15 mins. I know this is lengtly but it shows how Chuck continued to work for us knowing that we had a price we couldn't go over. I would definately go back to him again if and when I buy my next vehicle. I rated this dealership for a few reasons. I own 2 Jeeps and 1 Chrysler and I take them all to Lawless for service. I admit it does seem expensive to service all 3 but I trust the quality and level of service I get. The service rep Steve Pedro is one of the best there is. I turst his advice on what is needed and the work is done in a timely manor. Since all of my Jeep/Chrysler cars were used, this was my first experience in a new sale. I was very pleased with my overall experience and would recommend Lawless to anyone interested in buying a NEW Jeep. Not a used one beause they won't deal on them. More
