Not a "Root Canal" have purchased at least 30 new cars during my life and I must say the majority of the time the new car buying experience was about as enjoyable as hav have purchased at least 30 new cars during my life and I must say the majority of the time the new car buying experience was about as enjoyable as having a root canal! So last week when my wife and I decided we needed to upgrade to a more comfortable ride we drove over to SV to check out the Hyundai Tucson, as I was impressed by the favorable reviews I had been reading about this model. All I can say is that from the minute we drove in and met our sales team we were impressed with their courtesy and professionalism. Khalid, David, and Jon-Paul are a fantastic team that went out of their way to make us feel welcome, answered every question we had, and let us take a drive in a new Tucson that was the high end model and had every option available. My wife and I never dreamed we would be able to afford such a luxury model...and Jon Paul arranged that our payment was comparable to what we were paying for our old car! Absolutely no haggling, high pressure, or arm twisting. As we are getting up there in age I really appreciate the safety features on this car such as the blind spot monitor, backup camera etc. It is the most comfortable and technologically advanced vehicle we have ever owned...We highly recommend the Lawley team!
