Rob helped my son (freshman KU student) in Lawrence while I was 45 miles away. He helped him find a car that fit our budget and was safe (which satisfied me) and looked great and sporty for my son! He spent several hours with him on a week night to find the right car, then Rob and my son were able to conference me in via phone one evening to work out all the questions as well as sales details. Once we were done there, they held the car for us for 2 days until I was able to drive to Lawrence on a Saturday and sign the papers. All the preliminary paper work was arranged by Rob up front so we didn't have to spend hours more on a Saturday (home football game day too, eh hem!). Rob took all the time that we needed to be sure that my son was happy and that the car was a good fit for us. I could have easily gone to Shawnee Mission Kia in Kansas City BUT Rob was so helpful to my son in Lawrence that I decided it best to reward the dealership and the salesman that treated us well, was helpful and never once pressured us. My son is loving his new 2013 Kia Forte Koup and I'm thrilled that he's happy, safe driving to Lawrence and to work in Overland Park and getting great gas mileage. Rob has never once hesitated to tell us to call him if we have any questions and has called several times just to follow up. We highly recommend Rob as a dealer! More

Wow! I thought buying a new car would be just short of a visit to the dentist's office. To my surprise, Rob made it a very laid-back and pleasant experience. As a novice, first-time new car buyer, I did just what I was supposed to; I test drove each car in my price range at all the local dealers. Contrary to most of the other dealers, Rob wasn't the slighest bit 'pushy' and actually encouraged me to look and see what else was out there. The Kia Optima out-classed its competitors and the car really sold itself, but Rob definitely didn't hurt by getting me such a good price. The negotiation process was fast and I was out of there in no time at all. They even brought the car in all the way from Norther Missouri and Rob evaluated the car with a fine-tooth comb. There was a small mark on one of the seats but they are replacing the seat cushioning for me. Rob has kept in contact with me after the sale and I am extremely pleased with his service. I would buy another car from him without any hesitation. More
We came to Lawrence Kia on a Saturday, around 4:30 pm and Rob was very helpful for us. He talked with us about the car we were looking at. Rob even called a couple days later for us to come in so he could explain and show us all the options on the car so that we were fully satisfied with our purchase. These men also stayed late Saturday night to finish up everything we had to do for buying a vehicle. They were never pushy or hurrying us to make a decision even though it was closing time for the store. Overall we were very satisfied with our service. More
Walked into Lawrence Kia based on Radio commercials after visiting dealers in Topeka and Lawrence. After trying (I said trying) to work with the ma and pa "dealers for the people" I was happy to work with f visiting dealers in Topeka and Lawrence. After trying (I said trying) to work with the ma and pa "dealers for the people" I was happy to work with folks that wanted to treat me like a half way intelligent person. Daniel Benedict met me at the door and helped walk me thru what I wanted and what Lawrence Kia offered. Daniel did not push me one way or another, he was able to lead the conversation in a manner that focused on my needs and wants. The financing was painless as well. The car I ended up purchasing fit my families needs. Financing was better than we thought we would get. I would highly suggest this dealer and salesperson to customers of all car buying experience levels. Including new buyers, less confident buyers and credit issue orientated shoppers as well. Do not get trapped by the feeling that you have to go to the gaurenteed financing places that charge high fees to finance and higher prices for the cars. More
