Hi Scott, We apologize if it “seemed” like you were having a bait and switch experience. We sell a lot of cars to out-of-state customers and pride ourselves on the low turnaround time on vehicles. Because of this, we post all our cars online as soon as we purchase the vehicles additionally indicating on our website the vehicle is "Newly Acquired". All our used car sales are contingent upon vehicle arrival times, reconditioning and final test drive by our customers. Unfortunately, we made a mistake in scheduling an appointment. We have reviewed this issue with the associate Kymbre and taken this time to retrain our sales staff and call center staff. I spoke with Sam Rajapakse our Used Car Manager and he told me about a follow-up phone conversation he had with you after you posted this same review on multiple review sites. In order to build a relationship with you, he offered to pay for your toll and gas used to visit the dealership, additionally he offered to drive the vehicle to your doorstep for a convenient test drive and concierge like buying experience. If we used bait and switch sales tactics, why would we offer to deliver the car to your doorstep for a test drive? Additionally, if you look at our reviews, it shows we go the extra mile, but we are human and mistakes happen from time-to-time. Sam told me you declined his offer and had made your mind up. I really wish you would have taken him up on the offer because we do want to earn your business.
