Negatives--Took too long. I would have appreciated the financing explained earlier in the process. After three hours, I was too worn down and didn't fully understand what was being sold to me. Could have had more gas in the car I left with, had to immediately fill up. Overall--more positives than negatives and definitely a FAR better experience than many I have had More

Factory recall maintenance. When I purchased the Kia for my wife I realized that I would need to visit an out of town dealer for related work. I had not decided on which one as w When I purchased the Kia for my wife I realized that I would need to visit an out of town dealer for related work. I had not decided on which one as we are located almost equal distant from those dealers in the area. In the past, I had visited dealers for work on other makes of cars in Lawrence and was always satisfied plus it was an easy drive from our home. I needed some recall work done so I decided it would be a chance to evaluate the Lawrence Kia group. It has been my experience in the past that most dealerships are as reliable as are their service departments customer oriented. I was not disappointed with Lawrence Kia. Nate met me as soon as I arrived and began the process of getting me checked in even though I was early for the appointment. He had indicated that the needed work would take about 2 hours. It took less time than expected and I was on my way. The total experience was great and I will absolutely return to Lawrence Kia for my work in the future. Thanks, Nate for a great job. More
