Saved the day!! I purchased my Kia at another dealership in town, won't name names, and it wouldn't start today. The dealership couldn't get me in to fix my car, so I I purchased my Kia at another dealership in town, won't name names, and it wouldn't start today. The dealership couldn't get me in to fix my car, so I had it towed to Kia, who, THANK GOD!!, had me in and out in less than an hour! TOTALLY SAVED THE DAY!! I had an accident with my previous vehicle this passed weekend and was able to get a new car of the same model within a few hours of my arrival at thi I had an accident with my previous vehicle this passed weekend and was able to get a new car of the same model within a few hours of my arrival at this dealership. The entire staff treated me with compassion and thoughtfulness during the process of completing the necessary paperwork for the old car and during the time it took to get a new car picked out and ready for me.
