We called and expressed interest in both these vehicles, explaining we really liked the warranty. We were very upset and leaving the dealership. Charlie caught us and ask what he could do make things right, we worked with him, Sam and Mike in Sales. After a rocky start we left very happy and feeling we were served well. Including remembering to check on insurance quotes for whatever car I'm looking at, beforehand! Ken Coltharp worked very hard to try to help me obtain my goals of building my credit at an affordable monthly rate, in a reliable car and with the ability to pay my car off within a set limit of time (as long as I was able to pay the surplus I'd budgeted for for those last two years). Despite my very overt reservations throughout the purchasing process, everyone was very patient in answering every question I had and did seem to hear me as I reiterated that I have to be very cognizant of my budget in order to walk away feeling like both parties have won. I appreciated being heard and felt valued as a customer, overall. And feel like I made the best decision for my own personal situation. I also appreciate the warranties that come with the car!!
