Going the extra mile... Recently I had to leave my car parked in Lawrence while I traveled to Topeka with a co-worker for the day. While in Topeka and unable to get to my car Recently I had to leave my car parked in Lawrence while I traveled to Topeka with a co-worker for the day. While in Topeka and unable to get to my car for hours a huge storm was heading towards my parked car with an open sunroof! In a desperate attempt to prevent my car from being filled with water I thought I'd see if it was possible for someone from the service department to put something over my sunroof. THEY DID without hesitation!!! My car and day was saved by Will and Duane. I had to stop by the shop when I returned to have them remove the special adhesive plastic film. Not only did they remove the plastic but they also went even further by running my car through the wash. AMAZING SERVICE!!!!! More

Stone was tops I drove quite a distance to look at Kia Sorentos knowing that is the car i wanted i browsed a little before Stone came out and introduced self. While explaining the sorento's he saw me eyes this sportage My daughter said she caught my eye and promptly went and looked at it we took a test drive and he gave me all kinds of options of course what i could get but realized i didn't care what color I wanted heated seats and kinda wanted remote start He did the paper work really well self im self employed proving income is hard he worked with me diligently and finance took longer then i thought it should when i vetoed a rate he got a manager to come out and we finally came to an agreement. Down side was the closer dude was suppose to have the second set of keys to car when it was time to leave he thought they were in Columbia Missouri but would send them to me...............I drove away with my beautiful 2016 sportage daughter called Stone half way home disappointed about my second set of keys HE had located them they were on a ladies desk He has promised good quality packaging to get my keys to me pronto...............Today he did call to check on me and my car i was at work but want to say he is top notch gave us cold drinks other employees kept up on the Royals game stone offered to take us to lunch since things were moving so slowly but we declined we had errands to run He called us as we were completing lunch to tell us to get right in to sign papers he knew we had a ballgame * Grandson playing in meridan to get to he had other workers give us directions to get there. Stone was professional kind was not intimidated by two women who both know vehicles and finances I just gave two people recommendations today for Kia in Lawerence when they saw my car and advised on STONE More
