Great experience I first saw a car online that I was interested in. They informed me, they still had the car available, would have it cleaned up and ready for me. As soon as I arrived, I was met by John Miller, he introduced himself, and basically threw the keys at me and said, "take it for a spin"! I was very excited to be treated with kindness, respect and courtesy at the first introduction. My experience was great!!! The process was quick and painless, and I was assured that I was making the right decision in purchasing my car. They even filled up the gas tank for me, knowing I was driving a 3-1/2 hr trip home. I would recommend Lawrence Kia to anyone asking or in the market for a new car. More

I found the car on the cars.com website, placed an inquiry, and was talking to John less than an hour later. I described my trade-in and approximately the deal I was looking to make. He got back to me within a few minutes with a tentative deal that was very close to the one I was looking for. I made an appointment for a test drive and an opportunity for their buyer to look over my trade-in. Within 2 hours of my arrival at the dealership, I had test-driven the car, the buyer had looked over my trade-in, the deal we had previously discussed was confirmed, and I was on my way back home in my newly-purchased vehicle. She never once pressured me into purchasing the car and she gave me honest feedback when I asked her questions. The process was easy and she worked to get me to where I wanted to be on my payment. I was in a hurry due to the fact I had to work that evening two hours away from Lawrence and she did everything as quickly as possible and made the financing process pain free! I would recommend this team to anyone looking for a new car! They were excellent and I would definitely go there in the future. More

The KIA Meaning "To arise or come up out of or rising up" My wife and I first started looking at cars so we figured we would give Kia a look so we went to Lawrence Kia because I am not fond of the our local K My wife and I first started looking at cars so we figured we would give Kia a look so we went to Lawrence Kia because I am not fond of the our local KIA dealership. Jon Miller, our sales rep, took the time to find out what we wanted and then showed us the options available. He said he wanted to make sure that he found the exact model we wanted. He then pointed out a higher model car that he said he could get us into for about the same price as the models we were looking for. Low and behold he did. Since we got there late that night, my wife wasn't sure that she wanted a new car payment and John and the manager sent us home in the car. Of course my wife fell in love with it or I wouldn't be writing this review. We went back the next day and he worked very hard to get the payment down to where she felt comfortable. John stayed late both nights to make sure the deal went through. He never once complained and actually made it seem like he enjoyed working late (Like anyone likes working late an a Friday night....). He was very compassionate with our family needs and even went to the vending machine to get a snack for my son and bottled waters for the family. I highly recommend this dealership as the are not a big corporate owned dealership and you can really tell family matters to them. No high pressure sales which makes this dealership stand true to their name. More

I WAS DRAINED, AND COMPLETELY APPREHENSIVE ABOUT THE PRIOR TO COMING IN TO THE LAWRENCE KIA DEALERSHIP, I "SHOPPED" AROUND AT OTHER LOCAL BUSINESSES. I WAS DRAINED, AND COMPLETELY APPREHENSIVE ABOUT THE CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE. MEETING STONE ATAGI AND THE REST OF THE CREW AT KIA TURNED MY EXPERIENCE AROUND. HE WAS WARM, FRIENDLY, AND LISTENED TO ALL OF MY CONCERNS-AND ESPECIALLY ALL OF THE THINGS THAT I WAS LOOKING FOR IN A CAR. THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT HELPED TREMENDOUSLY IN SUITING THE TYPE OF PAYMENT PLAN THAT I COULD AFFORD, YET ALSO PUT ME IN A CAR THAT I WOULD ABSOLUTELY LOVE. dishonest car company They wouldn't give me the advertised sale price of the car, kept making some stupid excuse. So I ended up paying an extra $5000. They ran my credit 32 times which was totally unnecessary and rediculous. I didn't find out till later when my credit dropped to the gutter. They also entered false information on the contract. WARNING,DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE! More
