They listened to what I wanted. It was 180 degrees different at Lawrence Kia. John Miller found me the exact car I wanted, and zero pressure was applied to upgrade anything. I just wanted a base Soul for my college kid. Amazing Sales Associate and Manager I was searching the internet for a car that was in my price range and still gave me everything that i wanted in a car. The Chevy Cruze that i found on I was searching the internet for a car that was in my price range and still gave me everything that i wanted in a car. The Chevy Cruze that i found on the Lawrence Kia website was perfect. I called the dealership and spoke with Chris Herring who was very helpful over the phone answering every question that i had. We discussed that i didn't want to come out to the dealership if it wasn't going to benefit me. Chris was very honest and helpful when i was trying to make my decision as to whether or not i was going to come in. When i arrived i was greeted warmly by the front staff. They directed me to who i was looking for. Chris was very polite when i was talking to him. He informed me that Stone Atagi was going to be walking me through the car buying process. Stone was very helpful and polite throughout the entire process. All 3 of us quickly came to a decision that suited everyone. I was very appreciative for everything that they have done and did it so quickly. Took the 2013 Chevy Cruze for a test drive and it handled great. So when i got back i was just waiting to get in for financing. It did take a little while to get in and go through all of the financing process. The lady in the finance department was amazing as well. Even though it took a while, it was still very relaxing environment to be in. I am 24 years old and have now bought my 5 car. I have been to multiple dealerships over the last 5 months trying to trade in my other car that had a very high monthly car payment. Lawrence Kia was not only able to get my monthly payments done but also make this the best car buying experience that i have ever had. I would highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a new or used car. Also highly recommend Stone Atagi and Chris Herring. Thanks Michael Leyva More
More than accommodating Sales rep My wife and I had to purchase a vehicle before moving to another state and things didn't work out time wise for us, we missed our appointment and thou My wife and I had to purchase a vehicle before moving to another state and things didn't work out time wise for us, we missed our appointment and thought things would not work out for us that day. Stone Atagi assured us that he would do everything to make sure we got what we wanted regardless of our appointment having to be moved back a couple of times that day. We got everything that we wanted and more when we finalized the purchase of our FIRST EVER BRAND NEW CAR. We went full circle that day, the car we bought from Stone Atagi was the car we returned 3 years later for our brand new Kia Sedona. Stone is the epitome of what Kia customer service represents. I would drive all the way back there to get another vehicle from him if our Sedona has reached its capacity with our growing family. Nicely done When my truck was on its way to being past its expiration date, I did a little research and compiled a list of around 8 cars that were in my price ran When my truck was on its way to being past its expiration date, I did a little research and compiled a list of around 8 cars that were in my price range. The Soul was the most overall appealing (plenty of space, very nice price, reasonably good gas milage), but I put it off until last for a test drive. I felt pretty rushed at all the other dealerships at which I test-drove cars and often was given options and suggestions that I had already told the representative I would not consider. Lawrence Kia did a very good job of carefully listening to what I wanted, suggested the car I was interested in (the Soul), and worked very hard to get me into the monthly price range I knew I could afford without a problem. John in particular let the car sell itself, and, while he did do some salesmanship, I didn't feel the almost crushing sales pressure I did at the other dealerships. The service department (whose names I cannot recall) has also done a great job of providing very satisfactory service within a reasonable timeframe for my first routine maintenance and adding an option that I hadn't originally selected (cruise control) at a fair price. I'm very pleased with the choice I made and the dealership has been a major influence in that satisfaction. More

Excellent Experience I found my car on Autotrader. I called and spoke with Sam. The car was everything I expected. When I arrived in town, Sam picked me up at the airpo I found my car on Autotrader.
