Lawrence Kia will not give me second set of keys to my car! I have had a terrible experience with Lawrence Kia which is far from over. I purchased a vehicle from them on April 25, 2015. When I test drove the ve I have had a terrible experience with Lawrence Kia which is far from over. I purchased a vehicle from them on April 25, 2015. When I test drove the vehicle there were two sets of keys, when I was leaving the dealership, after purchasing that vehicle, I was handed one set of keys from a key ring with two sets. When I asked for the second set of keys I was told that per their policy, I would receive them in the mail with my title. I have received my title and no second set of keys. I have called and been told there was never a second set of keys and the best they can do for me is sell me a new key at cost. The person who helped me throughout the whole buying process no longer works there, and could possibly have the second set of keys to my car, since none of the other employees can seem to find them. I have stopped in and called to speak with the owner but that person has never gotten back to me. I am very upset and uncomfortable that an employee who has been let go could have the keys to my car and knows where I live. On top of the "missing" key situation I have a few other problems with the service I have received at Lawrence Kia. They lied about my credit score, after purchasing my vehicle, I have since received letters from different creditors, stating why I was denied approval for a loan, which states my credit score to be much higher than Kia had stated. I was also denied credit for a loan from at least 4 banks because the price that Lawrence Kia stated for the loan was more than I was actually going to be paying for the vehicle. They were applying for my loan for roughly 13, 300 when I was actually only going to be paying 11, 500 plus tax for the vehicle I purchased. I was denied by multiple banks because the 13, 300 was more than the vehicle is worth. I have ended up with higher monthly payments due to the fact that the loan amount applied for, and credit score stated are false. More

2013 KIA optima I took my car in to the service department car was burning oil. I mentioned that a week earlier I noticed smoke coming out of tail pipe when I acceler I took my car in to the service department car was burning oil. I mentioned that a week earlier I noticed smoke coming out of tail pipe when I accelerated the next thing I know they are telling me there's slug in my engine and I need a new engine and they could install for $5000. I told them no and they returned my car in worse shape than when I came. The car was smoking like crazy and they had the nerve to tell me it was smoking when I came which was a lie and did nothing else. Do not use thses people they are worthless. More
