2013 KIA optima I took my car in to the service department car was burning oil. I mentioned that a week earlier I noticed smoke coming out of tail pipe when I acceler I took my car in to the service department car was burning oil. I mentioned that a week earlier I noticed smoke coming out of tail pipe when I accelerated the next thing I know they are telling me there's slug in my engine and I need a new engine and they could install for $5000. I told them no and they returned my car in worse shape than when I came. The car was smoking like crazy and they had the nerve to tell me it was smoking when I came which was a lie and did nothing else. Do not use thses people they are worthless. More

Wow! what a great car dealer !!! A ++++++ I was so afraid to ever go into a new car dealer ever again due past experiences at other new car dealers. Over the last 35 years I have purcha I was so afraid to ever go into a new car dealer ever again due past experiences at other new car dealers. Over the last 35 years I have purchased several new cars. I always loved my new car but, the experience at dealership was for the most part not very pleasant. I could go on and on. But I decided to give Lawrence Kia a call. WOW! Ken Coltharp my salesperson was wonderful. I am pretty much a straight up type of buyer. I told him what car I wanted, what price, etc. All I heard from Ken was Yes, Yes and Yes. I thought it would take all day but, I think I was there maybe 1hr. Begi the awful smart and pretty finance manager set me up with great financing. My car was being delivered in 2 days so Lawrence Kia let me drive home a different brand new car. Then Ken in 2 days delivered my new car right to my work place. (he drove 65 miles each way to do this) Can’t say enough how good they are. So go see Ken, buy a great car, and bang the gong!! SAY WHAT?? bang the gong??? Call Ken he will explain. More
