Worst customer service I have ever had!!!!!! I normally would not give such a poor review, but I received the worst customer care I think I have ever gotten! Ken was not helpful at all!! I had to go to a manager (Valerie) and was still unable to get any help. I did not have a lot of money to spend... I am convinced that I was put on the back burner because of this. He didn't pressure me, but let me tell him my concerns. We looked at the cars. I narrowed my search to 1, test drove it. Sat down with Mr. Goods. Went over the paper works.
