From the moment I made the first phone call to this dealership, I knew driving over an hour and a half to see them was necessary. It took them over three hours, but I never really noticed, because they never stopped working for me; not even to go to lunch. When I went to the dealership I was looking more for a newer car, but with no credit and no co-signer I had to go with a car that wasn't as new as I wanted. We drove an hour and a half to see a used corolla as this dealership had the lowest listed price of any dealership around. Mike Smith was extremely knowledgeable about the Sedona, took the time to patiently show us every feature and generally just made us feel taken care of but without pressure. It was a long process due to some confusion on my part regarding which vehicle I had seen advertised, but in the end we got a great almost new Sedona at a very good price. Never once did I feel like they were blowing smoke at me, playing games or pressuring me, by far the best dealership experience I had all week and I finally connected on a great van too! I would suggest this dealership to a friend who needed a vehicle. More
