I COULD NOT POSSIBLY USE THE NCA. IF YOU LOOK AT THE WEBSITE, IT SAYS EVERY PURCHASE INCLUDES THE NCA, IT DOES NOT SAY YOU MUST BUY THE NCA TO PURCHASE A CAR.
