My 2019 Dodge Ram shutdown on Hwy44 due to a failed module?! I have brought my Ram into your service center for every oil change tire rotation etc. since I purchased it from your dealership. not one module?! I have brought my Ram into your service center for every oil change tire rotation etc. since I purchased it from your dealership. not one time did anyone suggest a “module” needed updating. I could not fine any info in required service info on line or in the brochure. Because I was told all 14 “modules” needed updating my cost was just under $400.00. My bumper to bumper warranty did not cover but one module?? Why only one I have no idea since absolutely nothing in the vehicle worked. I had to get my own tow service even though my Bumper to bumper was supposed to take care of that? Your web site says loaner vehicles will be available with service yet I had to go to a manager and request such. Rather than look at me and address my concern, he wanted to know who was helping me in service then spent over 15 minutes looking for that team member so he could embarrass him in front of me, the guest, just to make some kind of “xxxx higher on the tree” testosterone point!! You need serious help with customer care from how your staff address guests to their appearance, to their shared information about vehicle service needs.
