I NEGOTIATED A PRICE, PAID $500 TO HOLD THE CAR AND RICHMOND NEVER MENTIONED A MANDATORY "NEW CAR ADVANTAGE" FEE OF $2500 DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. I NEGOTIATED A PRICE, PAID $500 TO HOLD THE CAR AND RICHMOND NEVER MENTIONED A MANDATORY "NEW CAR ADVANTAGE" FEE OF $2500. I WAS BUYING A USED CAR AND I LIVE IN TEXAS. I COULD NOT POSSIBLY USE THE NCA. IF YOU LOOK AT THE WEBSITE, IT SAYS EVERY PURCHASE INCLUDES THE NCA, IT DOES NOT SAY YOU MUST BUY THE NCA TO PURCHASE A CAR. ALSO, THEY DON'T TELL YOU ABOUT IT, THEY JUST SNEAK IT INTO THE CONTRACT. TERRIBLE DEALERSHIP. More
