I walked in the building this morning and not one person was wearing a mask even though there is a city wide ordinance to wear one. I am an immunocompromised individual. The manger was holding a meeting and was wearing a mask even though there is a city wide ordinance to wear one. I am an immunocompromised individual. The manger was holding a meeting and spewing cuss words. I’ve never in my life heard such vulgar things come out of someone’s mouth, especially in a workplace. I confronted the manager and he said that he had no idea any customers were in the building. I’ll never come here again due to the terrible customer service and terrible way the management treats their employees. The manager should be ashamed of himself!!!! More

service duplicated - customer service terrible made appointment online - no record of it when i dropped off the vehicle - website is not user friendly- no courtesy call when service finished. o made appointment online - no record of it when i dropped off the vehicle - website is not user friendly- no courtesy call when service finished. on 07 08 2020 - fuel induction service on 07 24 2020 - fuel induction service the same task was performed twice in less than three weeks !!! why the duplication? vehicle engine still sluggish. next service will probably be done in duncan, oklahoma.
