I am forever grateful to her for her kindness throughout the process. My only complaint is that I am still waiting for the bolts to my car for the panels that go underneath the car. She told me my bolts were left in OKC at the Mitsubishi dealership. It’s been a month, and when I asked about it a few days ago, she said she would call them and follow up because she hadn’t heard from them. It didn’t appear there was any sense of urgency. I understand there are more pressing issues than mine, and I can drive my car without them. It is frustrating because the car shouldn’t have left OKC without being put back together in its entirety. Absolutely horrible service, felt like I was being scammed wich from reviews seems spot on! Tried to charge me for repairs not needed after 24 miles of vehicle being purchased.
