I called for a quote three separate times, every time someone different picked up and they all gave me the same price of $125 for installation and programming of a new radio, until I came in person and w someone different picked up and they all gave me the same price of $125 for installation and programming of a new radio, until I came in person and without looking at my car the price doubled with no reasoning besides them saying so. I then accepted the price of $125 for my radio to be installed but not to be programmed for $185, once I voiced that, everyone began giving me the cold shoulder and dirty looks. When I was given my keys back I found glue from the installment on my dash, shift knob, and center console. I go here regularly for my oil changes and every time I go it’s something new with this place. More

On top of that it is a farm truck and you won't except my farm tax number. You said my brakes was a 8 all the way around. Wrong again. My front brakes are 3 months old and the back brakes did not have any pad left on them. When y'all see that I don't want any other services y'all just stop giving a xxxx. I will not be back to this dealer ever again. I will be buying a Chevy next time. Chevy also told me they will service my Dodge for the remainder of the time I own it. More
