Because I couldn't figure out how to schedule my service appointment online, I called Kia to schedule for me. I asked how long for the service and was told about an hour and a half. I repeated an hour and a appointment online, I called Kia to schedule for me. I asked how long for the service and was told about an hour and a half. I repeated an hour and an half and he said yes once my car is in the air they can do several things at once. My appointment was scheduled at 8:15, I arrived at 8:10. I waited until about 12:45 before I was told my car was ready and asked if I would like a free car was, sure I said I've waited this long why not. Only to get back a half car wash and scratches on my hood like they used rocks to wash my car that wasn't there before. I had hail dents on the hood but not scratches. More
