Wasn't impressed by the service manager trying scare tactics. If we didn't get the coolant system serviced we wouldn't have engines for life. 1st of all why are you pushing for that when the factory re tactics. If we didn't get the coolant system serviced we wouldn't have engines for life. 1st of all why are you pushing for that when the factory recommends it at 120,000/10 years? Why are you saying I have to have it done by 75,ooo miles. Oh because we were doing the BG Oil additive and they want you .... at $219.99 get it done. Then again every 30,000 miles. Supposedly needed a BG battery service for 39.95 on a battery we JUST bought and installed in December. We'd had it done on the old battery in April. A cabin air filter that I'd bet they didn't check at 69.95. Btw I changed it less than 2000 miles ago 🙄 a fuel service for 269.99 transmission fluid exchange which was done less than 7,000 miles ago at 329.99. Brake fluid exchange for 179.99. With shop charges etc... $1222.52 More
