Outstanding I have been to numerous car dealers and have had the experience where you feel your being forced into something or not everything is being disclosed, I have been to numerous car dealers and have had the experience where you feel your being forced into something or not everything is being disclosed, well that was not the case with Lease Return Center. They were honest and upfront from the start, showed us the carfax instantly when we asked for it. Our salesmen was terrific very friendly, upfront and easy he asked what he could do for us ( which I have never heard before). We were in the dealership for maybe 30 minutes and everything was finished. If I had to buy a car again I would absolutely use this dealership next time. More

They don't want to sell any cars I have visit this dealership 4 times in the last month, trying to shorten my choice of a car between 2 dealerships. They see me as I pull up in the cu I have visit this dealership 4 times in the last month, trying to shorten my choice of a car between 2 dealerships. They see me as I pull up in the customer's parking but they won't acknowledge my presence. OK, maybe they're busy at the moment and I'll just walk around the lot, checking out the cars, and they will catch up with me. NOPE, not happening! 4 times this happen, twice with my wire with me. I'm 50 y.o., out to buy a car, not play games. Only reason I kept coming back was the price was good on the car I had in mind--BUT HEY, you gotta greet and check on customers or they will spend their money where they are appreciated, And you'll end up a museum instead of car dealership. PS: I hope it wasn't a 'color' thing..... More

The paperwork following the transaction does take some time so that is something to know about in advance but the car stayed under a Virginia temporary registration during the time waiting for the car title. When we made a decision, LeaseReturn made a very fair offer for our trade-in, and it was done quickly. Maurice was very efficient in preparing the sale paperwork and leading us through the process. It was nice to deal with the same person all the way through the process. We found the pricing of the automobiles at LeaseReturn to be very competitive. They have a good selection of late model, higher-end auto's on the lot with low mileage. More

Good Transaction Have your mechanic verify condition of car Ryan was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We purchased a 2015 Toyota Rav4. It was a painless experience and Ryan was very fair. There are two things that we didn't realize upfront and wish we had. One is that keys for cars with push button starts are very expensive. The car we bought only came with one key and we didn't find that out until a week or two after we purchased it because LRC hadn't received the 'packet' from Toyota yet. We purchased a second key from Paul at Arlington Locksmith at $233 which was almost half the $425 price a dealership quoted us. Secondly - we didn't have a mechanic give the car a once over and it would have been a smart thing to do. We spent $409.00 on new front brakes and rotors & an air filter for the car less than 60 days after purchase. All in all the costs after purchase were $634.00 in the first 60 days. We still saved enough money to compensate but had I known these things upfront we would have negotiated to include a second key and new brakes. These are the types of things that are already included when you get a 'certified' pre-owned car so you need to weigh the cost/benefits. We could plainly see the tires were worn out when we test drove the car and Ryan split the wholesale cost of new tires with us. That was a amicable arrangement. I would definitely purchase from LRC again but my mechanic is going to take a look at the car next time before we sign on the dotted line. ;) More
