When we made a decision, LeaseReturn made a very fair offer for our trade-in, and it was done quickly. Maurice was very efficient in preparing the sale paperwork and leading us through the process. It was nice to deal with the same person all the way through the process. We found the pricing of the automobiles at LeaseReturn to be very competitive. They have a good selection of late model, higher-end auto's on the lot with low mileage. More

There are two things that we didn't realize upfront and wish we had. One is that keys for cars with push button starts are very expensive. The car we bought only came with one key and we didn't find that out until a week or two after we purchased it because LRC hadn't received the 'packet' from Toyota yet. We purchased a second key from Paul at Arlington Locksmith at $233 which was almost half the $425 price a dealership quoted us. Secondly - we didn't have a mechanic give the car a once over and it would have been a smart thing to do. We spent $409.00 on new front brakes and rotors & an air filter for the car less than 60 days after purchase. All in all the costs after purchase were $634.00 in the first 60 days. We still saved enough money to compensate but had I known these things upfront we would have negotiated to include a second key and new brakes. These are the types of things that are already included when you get a 'certified' pre-owned car so you need to weigh the cost/benefits. We could plainly see the tires were worn out when we test drove the car and Ryan split the wholesale cost of new tires with us. That was a amicable arrangement. I would definitely purchase from LRC again but my mechanic is going to take a look at the car next time before we sign on the dotted line. ;) More

I was surprised when one came available at the Lease Return Center and was only about 350 miles away. I talked with Ryan on the Phone and he said the car was perfect and was priced very well. He offered to arrange shipping, but I was skeptical. He held the car for a little over a week until I could get there to see it.
