DOUBLE CHECK CONTRACT BEFORE SIGNING! I purchased a vehicle out of state, trusted the process with this dealership and they tried to pretty much rob me of $2000 on my sale price and when I purchased a vehicle out of state, trusted the process with this dealership and they tried to pretty much rob me of $2000 on my sale price and when asked why, I never got a real answer. First it was for shipping and then it was for "extras" to wash and wax the car.... So after redoing paperwork and paying to overnight the new contract I was now waiting for my vehicle to be delivered. Without any notice or paperwork my car shows up at my house on the back on a trailer. Driver had nothing for me, I never signed anything or showed him my ID. He didn't even have my phone number. I spent 10 hours wondering what was going on with my car, totally unacceptable. Upon receiving vehicle, it has MULTIPLE issues, some being safety items. I contacted dealership and they pretty much laughed. Oh and they also never reached out to me to make sure I received my vehicle and now I know why.. needless to say I am contacting the Attorney General of Virginia. They seemed like pretty nice guys working there, it was a pleasurable experience before I caught them trying to rob me of $2000. Nothing was the same after that. More

Where do I begin? I’m beyond flabbergasted. Let’s start with the positive, the facility is well kept for a used car dealership. The sales man was very respectful and h I’m beyond flabbergasted. The Owner on the other hand was very impolite seemed to have have an attitude, and even had the audacity to pull the race card against me who myself am of mixed decent. I’m an active duty Marine of 16 years and if you are a military member or a person that will not stand for this type of behavior or treatment in general I would advise you to stay away unless you don’t mind supporting this type of behavior from this type of individual. The dealer never contacted or corresponded with me. He is asking for over $20k more than the actual price of the model Y. The cars are cheaper than average, but you're rolling the dice because despite what they say... you are on your own after signing the papers. They couldn't even do their jobs so we could get permanent tags within 30 days. Don't be fooled by the price tags. You get what you pay for - or less- with these guys. More

My experience was good at first but has turned bad. I bought my car from Ryan who showed me the CAR FAX Report with noted a minor front end accident. Ryan assured me that the vehicle had been repaired by BMW. When the check engine light came on the day after I got the car Ryan had it checked and said it was related to an air sensor and it needed to be fixed by BMW. BMW determined that the vehicle had not been fixed by them as I was lead to believe and when my BMW service advisor called to speak to LRC about this issue they were very rude, telling him I bought the vehicle as is and there was nothing they could do to help with the repair costs which are into the $1k's and hung up on the advisor. One of the reasons I purchased my car from them was low miles which meant a good portion of the original warranty remained and the pricing was below the dealerships. Unfortunately from reading other customer reviews, who have had comparative issues it seems that they only care about the bottom line and don't care if they get a repeat customer or a referral. I will not be referring anyone looking for a car to them. When I have bought a used car in the past the dealership I bought it from made the situation right even if they had to pay the costs for the repair or met the customer half way. Had they made some attempt or offered some type of help in resolving the situation I might have a more favorable review. More

I call the Sales Mgr 3/27 to inquire why I never received the application and next steps. He told me that I miss understood the directions?....and that I needed to fill the Application out first. I told him I never received the App. and he said yes you did....are you serious! I told him I never received the app and immediately texted me the app and said well you have it now. They must be doing really well to treat customers like this. Yeah wont be filling out the app. Text messages attached. More
