A Great Experience We were searching for a vehicle. My first experience was with Courtney over the phone. She was knowledgeable and helpful on figuring out exactly not only what we wanted, but also what we needed. My appointment on site was with Tom, he to qualified what we needed and our budget. He found us exactly what we wanted and needed at a price that was in our budget. He was friendly and did not pressure us into the sale, which made it very comfortable. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle. When we wrapped up with Greg in the Finance Dept he also worked through everything so we were comfortable without a huge pressure. All in all - every person we worked with gave us A+ service and we were very happy. We are very happy with our purchase, and will be sure to recommend Lebanon Ford to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More

New Truck Sale Special Ordered a new Ford F-150 Platinum. The truck arrived sooner than expected and the Roush performance PAC was installed sooner than expected all Special Ordered a new Ford F-150 Platinum. The truck arrived sooner than expected and the Roush performance PAC was installed sooner than expected allowing me to drive it in an out of town weekend trip. What a wonderful surprise and expedited process! Brant Bensen was great to work with and not pushy as most salesman tend to be in order to make a sale. Great Team! My relationship with Lebanon Ford started in the service department with John Nowicki when I moved here 2 1/2 years ago. I owned a 2013 Ford Fusion at My relationship with Lebanon Ford started in the service department with John Nowicki when I moved here 2 1/2 years ago. I owned a 2013 Ford Fusion at the time, he always took great care of me, he was professional and personable. The last time I took my car in for service, the air conditioner wasn't working. It was determined that the compressor needed to be replaced, which would have been at least a $2000 repair! John felt so bad and asked if I had thought about trading in my car. I said that I had but wasn't sure I would be able to work out a smart deal for myself. He wanted me to at least talk to someone about my options and personally took me to the sales room, which is when I met Bryan Pence. He was kind, patient, listened to my concerns and gave me some options to consider. I wasn't ready to make a decision at that point and he didn't pressure me to, which I appreciated very much. My Dad was helping me make a decision, and he had previously purchased a Ford Explorer from Russell Merten, which is how he got involved! He met with my Dad several times to work out a deal that was the best for me. I met with Danny VanWinkle to discuss my financing options, he was patient, didn't make me feel rushed (even thought it was past closing time), explained the extended warranty options thoroughly and gave me the time I needed to decide if I wanted to purchase one. I chose to do so, because I'm hoping to keep my new car for a long time and if another big ticket item needs repaired, I'll be covered. So, when I left with my new 2017 Ford Escape, it was a direct result of John, Bryan , Russell and Danny taking the time to care and working to get exact the car I wanted! I appreciate each of you and the part you played in this process! More
