Apon arriving there on Saturday we were greeted by Mr. Tom Nickell. After talking to him briefly about what we were looking for, he proceeded to find us the perfect Ford Escape. His knowledge of this vehicle and the calm way in which explained every question we asked was most impressive and reassuring that we were in the right place. The negotionations were pressure free and Toms took his customer service to the next level in working with us to make sure everything was just right. Lebanon Ford closed at 4:00pm that day (Saturday), but Tom and the complete staff stayed with us until everything was complete at 7:00pm. Tom and his staff just didn't sell a car that day, they show an unparraled experience that created a life long customer. We had no luck with getting a sales person's attention wherever we went. We thought it was very odd. We saw a couple of cars advertised at Lebanon Ford but it's a bit of a drive for us but we thought perhaps we would get better service at a same town dealership and Lebanon Ford was also highly rated in our research. Tom Nickell arranged via email and phone a visit for us. We were so impressed with Tom's friendliness, knowledge, and put absolutely no pressure on us at all (what a relief!) we ended up deciding to buy.
