Well Done!! I hate the traditional b.s. filled way of buying a car. My experience with Lebanon Ford & Charlie was refreshing. When I started the search I had spec'd out what I wanted, and asked via email for a price. Of the 4 dealers I emailed only Charlie came close to actually answering my request for a proposal on whatever they had in stock that was close. Others tried to get me to "come look" without putting the effort in to actually answer the request. Thus I went to LebanonFord to see the close one . When it was not exact he offered to "build" the exact one. After doing that he went and got the best price on either. I explained I hated the back & forth & did not want to waste their or my time. I had done the research, knew what rebates were available. Their offer was very competitive - in the range I expected, I had a letter offering an additional discount & when they honored it I bought the one they had on the lot. It was also refreshing to be thanked by the GM/owner for buying there. More
