We’ve gone to Lebanon Ford twice now within the last 3 years. The first time was to trade in a Ford Explorer we had got from a terrible buy here pay here, we ended up getting a Ford Edge, which my wife lo years. The second time was to trade in a truck for the Ford 150. Both times we worked with Matt. We appreciate his help both time and probably will never go anywhere else but through him. He’s very trustworthy and showed us he really cared. Thanks again! We are so happy to have both vehicles for our family. Also thank you to Tim who helped us finish our paperwork and making sure we got to leave that day with our truck! More

I have been buying at this dealership since the 1980s which had a different owner at that time. It had a friendly, helpful reputation then and still has, especially when you are dealing with Matt McLau which had a different owner at that time. I went to look at a Ford Fusion and even though it wasn't for me Brant helped me find something I absolutely love (Nissan Rogue). I got a good deal and Brant was very patient which is very impressive because for me Brant helped me find something I absolutely love (Nissan Rogue). Brant stayed in contact even after I left the lot to go home and think it over, but didn't make me feel pressured at all. I also worked with Tim Flanagan in the finance department and he got me the interest rate I wanted which is crazy good for a used car. Tim and Brant both went way and beyond to help me and I appreciate it. More

Internet price drop they said it wasn't that price. I looked at a car for $26,000.00 I offered $20,000.00 the day I test drove it. Three weeks later the price dropped to $21500.00 on your web site & at I looked at a car for $26,000.00 I offered $20,000.00 the day I test drove it. Three weeks later the price dropped to $21500.00 on your web site & at 3 other places Carfax, Northgate Ford & at Cargurus you had it listed. Cargurus notified me of the price drop. So I call the dealership to purchase the car. I talked to Angela. she said tom was busy & ask me if I wanted his voicemail. I said no. I ask her if the price of that specific model & color they only had the one was $21500.00. She said yes it was $21500.00. I told her I would buy it. I give her my credit card to put $500.00 down. I told her to put the keys in her purse. I would be there first thing in the morning. Then they called me back & said the price was not $21,500.00. It was $26,000.00. After that, I got on the internet & I printed off the price & all the information from your dealership & two other places it was listed. Tried to talk to management, nobody would call me back so I looked up the owner. Lisa Cryder, so I called her two or three times. She would not answer me back either. If you don't believe me, your phone calls are recorded right. July the 14th is the date I called to buy the car. So you know what you can do with More
