I stopped at the Bangor, Hogan Road location and was looking at a vehicle when I had the good fortune of being greeted by Dustin. He was there if I had questions but was not at all a "pushy salesperson". When I told him what I was looking for he showed me the selection of vehicles on line that are available through all of the Lee locations. He had the vehicle I was interested in brought there the next day and then came in on his day off so I could test drive it as soon as it was delivered. I even used the financing he found because it was better than I could get through my credit union. Dustin was very knowledgeable about the features of the vehicle and had inspected it himself before I test drove it. Couldn't ask for better service! More

Enjoyable experience! We were looking at buying a new (to us) car, and weren't sure if we were going to be able to buy a car with our credit. The car that we had was becoming very unsafe and we knew we needed a new car and we needed one quickly. We looked at cars with Steve on Saturday, told him what we were looking for in a vehicle, why we needed to get a new car and did the paperwork; he had it processed Monday after the banks opened, and Tuesday was able to give us a list of vehicles that we could pick from that would be within our budget every month and as soon as he knew we had narrowed down our list to 2 contenders, he had the other car brought down to Ellsworth from Bangor so we could decide which one we liked the best. Once we had decided on a car, he did the paperwork on Wednesday and we went in Friday to pick up our new 2008 Jeep Patriot! He got our insurance switched over without any troubles at all! They even let us leave our old car up there until we could get someone to come pick it up later that evening. They had a little "park and play" area so my 4 year old daughter was happy and entertained throughout this whole process. AMAZING SERVICE Well what can I say, my wife and I scoped out the perfect Forester for us on the website. We called into the Newport store because we had heard so man Well what can I say, my wife and I scoped out the perfect Forester for us on the website. We called into the Newport store because we had heard so many good things about that location and spoke with Levi. He had that car at his location the next day for us to test drive. We drove it and really liked it! Levi went through the application with us the next day and had an answer back with in 20 minutes (if that)!!! The next day he had the car detailed and brought right to our house and the drivers Alden and George were really nice and explained the paperwork thoroughly. There was a few little things with the car that Levi is getting taken care of in a timely manner. The other staff at the location was really nice and easy to talk to (Darryl, Melissa, and Josh).
