I had an awesome experience buying my new car! I felt so comfortable throughout the entire process. My salesperson, Sophy Miller, was INCREDIBLE! Sophy answered all of my questions about the car, I felt so comfortable throughout the entire process. My salesperson, Sophy Miller, was INCREDIBLE! Sophy answered all of my questions about the car, there were many, without hesitation. She had a great knowledge of the car and its features. I inquired about my trade in value and my wishes in a newer vehicle. Sophy got to work along with Tanner, who was amazing, and did some great work to understand and meet my needs. My expectations were blown away by these two. During my test drive I felt so confident that I was making the right decision because of they went the extra mile (pun intended) for me. The signing process was easy and all of my questions were answered thoroughly. I wasn’t made to feel like any of my questions were not worth answering. The other staff in the office that day, Jason and Tony, were a pleasure to be around and helped make the whole experience feel like I was in the right place! Overall I would rate my experience a 10/10. These people really know what they are doing. If you are looking to buy a used/ pre owned car I HIGHLY recommend this dealership. Side note: I understand this reads like a bit wrote this review.. I promise you I’m a human, my experience was just THAT great here. More
