Christine Massey was totally awesome and professional I went to Lee Auto because no one would give me credit for a vehicle. I have been without a vehicle for months. I saw Christine and she said she wou I went to Lee Auto because no one would give me credit for a vehicle. I have been without a vehicle for months. I saw Christine and she said she would try to get me into something that was affordable for me and some that would also have 4 wheel drive as I live in Northern Maine with many feet of snow. She took my information and still I didn't believe she could help me. That evening she called me and said those awesome words "your approved". The next day she actually came in on her day off to finish my financing information and verifications so that I could get in the vehicle and drive it home. As a mother she actually had to bring in her children so she could help me. On her day off to come in and help me get a vehicle. She was totally awesome and actually stayed for 3 hours to get me in this vehicle. I drove it home that evening still not believing someone like Christine would actually work with me and help me into a vehicle. For a company to help the customer no matter what time, and it was really impressive that Christine actually came in on her day off bringing her children. A company that allows that makes me realize that family comes first with thi company. A worker that is willing to go beyond her hours to help one customer makes me realize that she really wanted to help me as a person and not just a number. I had a great experience there and even gave her a hug before I drove off. Christine -- you rock! I took the car to my son's in old Town and he told me he purchased his car there. This company helps people and don't treat them like numbers and actually listens to your concerns and needs. I know I will be happy with this vehicle so thank y ou Lee credit!!!!!! More

The best Salesman in town I went to Lee's Auto just to look but wanting to buy. Ryan Pickard was there in a matter of seconds. He seemed to be very excited to sell me a car. The impression I got from him was friendly, honest, caring and wanting to meet my needs with the right car. Most car dealers do not impress me but Ryan did. The second day we test drove the car we noticed an issue with the car. Ryan and the Dealership backed us up all the way. I bought the car with the promise that Lee's Auto would go good with any repairs that needed to be done. I will say that never in my life has any dealership; or salesman for that fact, ever stood by their word and did everything they said they would do. Not only did they repair the vehicle, but they made sure my wife was able to get to work until her car was repaired. If I ever need another car and as long as I can get the car I want I will only shop at Lee's Auto and will only deal with Ryan Pickard. If the other salesman are like Ryan then this dealership will last a long time. Honesty and integrity are hard to find, but you can find them here; I promise. More

Purchase vehicle I went in one day and got the car the next day. I didn't get the car I picked the first day because of the down payment but I got a better deal the n I went in one day and got the car the next day. As we progressed through the process at the "other place" I was told that I should let my current lender repossess my current car...HOLY COW! What kind of business would tell a customer that! I backed away, keeping my eyes on the poisonous vipers trying to sell whatever they can put a sticker on. I called on Mike Schneider, it took less than an hour after my call to pay him a visit, and by the close of business, I was in my new Avenger! Mike is an honest guy, he holds nothing back and will work with you to the bitter end! I got a new car, that did not cost me more than my old one, and the job was done super fast! Mike is courteous, and easy to work with, must be why he is the first one you see when you walk in the front door! Call on Mike if you need a car! He will find a way! More

We talked about what I was looking for and the price range I was comfortable with. He showed me some options, he was never pushy at all. He explained everything to me as we went along and I ended up buying a Ford. He was very personable, we chatted about grilling and our families.
