Where do I begin! In February of 2013, my husband and I decided after paying off our van we wanted to trade it in for something more economical without any electrical issues as this car had many. We went into another local used car dealership and I didn't realize it at the time, but we were about to make one of the biggest mistakes of our lives by purchasing this used 2004 Dodge Stratus that had 128,000 miles on it. The first week the starter went, after I got the car back in the 3rd week the transmission went. After having that fixed and no car for 2 weeks the alternator started going. Our family has only had one vehicle for many years as this is what we can afford In August I unfortunately, or fortunately was in an accident and the car was totaled. After everything we had been through, we were again left with no vehicle. I was fortunate for the past couple months to borrow cars from family and some friends. Well after saving some money and ready to possibly purchase something else we went to visit Lee Auto with my father who we trust when it comes to this kind of stuff. We had been advised from several friends that we should have gone to Lee in the first place because his dealership was honest, sincere, very fair and had good quality vehicles. From the moment we met Andre Cushing my husband, father and I had a great feeling. Within the first 5 minutes I had disclosed to Andre what we had been through. Making yet another vehicle purchase was causing me alot of anxiety and doubt. In about a half hour all of those feelings went away. The establishment at Lee felt honest, sincere, friendly and just safe. Everything looked legit, real, and how you would expect a place to be that you were investing some serious money in. Nothing we experienced in February. Our salesperson interest felt more on us and what we wanted and what we had been through than what he was getting out of the deal and that is what we loved the most. We asked for a safe, low-mileage, economical and fair priced car that wasn't going to fall apart in a week! Well, we got more than that and our entire family has been blessed by this. My kids feel safe, and actually can't wait to go somewhere now because the car we have is not only beautiful, they don't have to worry about it breaking down on us and leave us stranded! The only regret we have is that we didn't visit Lee Auto to start with. We highly recommend this dealership and we highly recommend our guy Andre Cushing IV. He got the job done with sincereity, honesty, and with 100% interest on our family instead of himself! Thank you Andre.
