My experience with the dealership at the Auburn location was nothing short of pure excellence. With one phone call, my wife and I were able to get approved for a loan in a short amount of time. We told Stev was nothing short of pure excellence. With one phone call, my wife and I were able to get approved for a loan in a short amount of time. We told Steve (salesman) what we were looking for specifically and after several days of looking, Steve was able to find the truck that we wanted that was well within our budget. After having the truck for only 5 days the check engine light came on. With one phone call to Steve at the Auburn dealership and 1 hour later, the truck was at the Norway location being worked on. I got no hassell, no run around and no hesitation on Steve's part to ensure that once again I walked away satified and pleased with the exceptional service. I would highly recomend to anyone to check out the Auburn location. We were always made to feel as if we were Steve's only customer as he kept us well informed while extending us the best of hospitality. From the time that he indroduced himself to me, I knew that he would be someone that would be good to work with in purchasing a car. Paul sat down with me and I gave him all of my information and at first, they were unable to sell me a car. However, after I had left the building, Paul called me to let me know that he was able to work something out so that I could finance a car. I was so happy, as my car's engine had just blown and I need a car for the type of work that I do. He knew that I was in a bind and he went above and beyond to work out some sort of deal for me. However, when I had gone in to sign the papers, we had another "road block" Paul continued to work on this and eventually after 2 long days of hard work Paul was able to get it so that I could purchase my vehicle. In my opinion, if Lee Credit Now has employee of the month or even year, Paul definatly deserves to have this honor as he is a great people person, loyal, and dedicated employee... I was looking to trade my truck, I found a Ford Escape just what i was looking for at Lee. Steve Spaulding and his manager were very helpful and answered all my questions. Robin was extremely helpful and very friendly. She worked very hard behind the scenes because I live an hour away from the dealership. I was surprised at how easy and fast the work was approved and completed. Everyone I've dealt with at Lee - from the salesperson who sold me the truck, to Tonja in the credit office and Dave in customer service - have been awesome to work with. More

Let's just say, one phone call, she asked what I wanted, 2 days later, she had it, and even better than my expectations. I will never deal with another company. I would dial the phone number at Lee, ask for Robin, just say "HI" and she'd know who I was by just my recognizing my voice. Anyway, anybody out there wondering or surfing for a great dealership, NO WORRIES with Lee Ellswoth, Oh, and Jack Bridges is probably one of the most honest people around...Just Go To Lee! More
