The purchase hit some bumps that were completely my own fault, and she was totally patient and calm as I worked things through with the credit agency and the bank. Ron was also very helpful with sorting this out. Robin, Ron, and Wanda all worked late to ensure that I left that same day with the car I'd chosen.
