At Lee we are always striving for the perfect customer experience; however we are realistic and know we cannot satisfy 100% of the customers 100% of the time. In this case we recognize the human error that lead to this customer’s dissatisfaction. We have taken the steps to correct the problem internally with process training. We have apologized privately though Dealer Rater and to date the customer has refused to communicate. After several attempts to contact we offer this public apology and hope the customer chooses to communicate in the future.
